How can the networking and solidarity created through new social media be leveraged for a positive social change and sustainable development?

At the UNAOC Doha Forum, we are talking about cultural diversity as ingredient for development. The discussions are enabling us to bring to light issues around corruption of the concept of civilisation, corruption of the minds, and how these influences development around the world.

How have our civilisations been corrupted by models of development? What roles have the Media played over the last centuries in promoting this corruption of minds and civilisations?

The Doha UNAOC Forum does not seek to provide answers, but opens conversations which will last...and hopefully create a global understanding to break down cultural prejudice and the corruption of minds across the globe. Like Gabi, your thoughts would help in facilitating this global understanding.

I dont know by the time you got my reply to these important questions you have raised. Your presentation has commenced or finnished.

No body in the world was born corrupt. The enviroment, which constitutes the following member make man corrupt (corruption of the mind) these are Parent, Friends, Naibours.

The first question i want you to ask participant and please demand an asnwer  is Who said and where does  it written a person will be come a medical doctor after studing for 7yrs or more?.

It does not written in any books but man said so because of his own selfish reassons in other to stillful and ripe from others favours. this was the answer for the first questions.

 

So corruption of the mind has start since, so it is important that Doha Forum  is  open up a conversation 

 

The media over the centuries and even presently are promoting negative  and bais news against a continent. Africa is a case study to that fact. The Issue of HIV/AIDS, Africa was accused of been the initiator of the infection. Dress code and so many rights given ( GAY, Lesbianism, Homosexuals etc) in the open in the name of civilisation. The british prime minster comment of not aid countries that do not cater for these caterogy of people and the media has promoted it seriously and stood against Genetal Mutilation. These are the baisness of the media promotion corruption of the mind and civilisation. Answer to the second question.

 

My point  i am making is with nop dis-respect to the media or people sexuality, but to give a frank and guinue thought to the point of discussion.

thanks for this thoughtful post that can be exploited to leverage he discussion in his process started in Doha. Don't mind about the reception time; as Sanyi said, "The Doha UNAOC Forum does not seek to provide answers, but opens conversations which will last...and hopefully create a global understanding to break down cultural prejudice and the corruption of minds across the globe" and you proposed in your other post a joined work with the UNAOC. we are working for it and the discussion we carry here is maint to prepare GYAC's input in this global initiative to build world intercultural understanding.
