How can we organize ourselves to Monitor Elections as a group?

Dear members in this group, It is my hope that every member is doing great in his home country as far as anti- corruption war is concerned.

Since the group is on election monitoring and promotion of Human Rights, I think it is very important to be reporting on election conducts as they occur in our countries or nearby countries apart from good/ bad aspects in the field of human Rights.

This is because there have been some elections which have turn out positively and can save to us as lessons as exemplified by that of Zambia in 2011 where youths occupied their most position to ensure everything happens according to their wishes. We had the Russian election and I believe there are lessons to draw from there whether good or bad. Recently we had the French election and we are expecting to witness the America's election apart from that of Kenya next year.

So I would request every one to be keen on any election in the world as ICT has made everything simple in getting information and from there we can draw some lessons for our respective countries.

May be lets here some thoughts from your guys on how to do it better.
