Hi all,

To those of you who are interested in monitoring the elections in their countries, I have added links to the monitor's manual and the report on the findings of the "Campaign Finance Monitoring" project that was implemented by LTA in 2009.
I have a lot to share in the field of elections but I didn't have the chance to sit with the group working on it.
If you need more info don't hesitate to contact me.

Hello; Allouche,
how are you my dear? I really comment this proposition because it is quite interesting for the work of the GYAC network branch in Cameroon. Next year 2011 is electoral year in Cameroon; we will be out for presidencial elections, and youths are engaged to work towards participation and fight against electoral corruption.
You will surely be of good help for this purpose. Your experience will be welcome to be shared with others.

Hello everyone,
Talking of elections, 2011 is a crucial year in Cameroon. And, Gaby just said, young cameeroonians are trying to be more involved in their country's electoral process in order to any kind of acts which can be prejudiciale to the transparency of the results.
We are gratefull to Lallouche for the documents which we will surely be very helpfull for us.

Are the dates fixed for Cameroonian elections - could we make up a monitoring group of GYAC-ers to be working on it and establish the surveillance facilities much in advance...

Should there be others conveying news about upcoming electitons in their countries, please post here and we will be following.

the dates are not yet fixed, but the elections will surely be held in end of the year, it might be on october like the last elections on 2004. And a group of GYAC-ers to work on it will be wellcome.
