Biography
Emese Hortobágyi has an MA degree in communication studies, and BA degree in international relations. She is responsible for strengthen Transparency International Hungary’s emerging social networking efforts, improving online tools and developing advocacy campaigns. Emese is active in recruiting and creating volunteer network and developing people & youth engagement programs. She implements youth programs of TI Hungary, for instance organizing the Anti-Corruption Festival on International Anti-Corruption Day. She has worked for four months with Citizens Union of the City of New York in the framework of IREX’s Community Solutions Program.
