Masa Misic is born in Belgrade on 14 of December 1982. Graduated International Relations at the Faculty of Political Science 2007. She completed Master's degree in the field of the public relations on the theme "Integrated communication with target groups in the Diaspora" at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She completed the course: "The social organization, leadership and change," the John F. Kennedy School of Administration, Harvard University, 2010.
She was a member of NGO Open communication, debate club of Belgrade University during her studies. She was working as a research associate at the Agency for Public Opinion Research Strategic Marketing in 2005. She was engaged in the NGO Centre for Development of Civil Society "Millennium" as a coach on the project first step toward a career, funded by the EAR in 2006.

She has worked as an adviser in the Department of Public Relations since June 2007. Activists in the NGO Serbia on the move from 2009 where is dealing with problematic issue of Serbian society, corruption in healthcare sector because she is strongly believe that only people with join forces and ideas can change the world.
She is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
