- I`m working in Donetsk Civic Organization "Alliance". I`m Youth Program Coordinator. Alliance’s mission is to support economic, social and political changes in Ukraine, and to advance human rights, equality, freedom of expression, and economic potential as integral parts of the process of democratization of Ukraine. Alliance works with youth, women, entrepreneurs, and local, regional, and international partners to achieve its goals. It has three main areas of action, 1) NGO Leaders centre, which supports NGO staff and volunteers in order to increase the effectiveness of the NGO community. 2) Business center, which trains unemployed and underemployed youth in business skills and entrepreneurship. 3) Information center, which provides: database of youth's organizations of Ukraine and Donetsk region, youth contacts via internet, library, distribution of brochures and promotion materials about all the above centers and projects, translation of useful foreign resources, and distribution of translated books and magazines. our organization works with youngsters, women, provided anti-corruptions events.
