I've just read about 5th pillar, (http://5thpillar.org/india/ZRN ) and the zero currency initiative.



According to them, they use Zero currency, which is very much similar to the Indian 50 Rupee Note that is in use where the number 50 is replaced by

The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Internal Affairs has frozen the County Development Funds accounts of various County. the lastest action come into place by a recent communication sent by Mr. John S. Morlu, III. Auditor General of Liberia to the Minister of Internal Affairs informing him that there is no accountability by counties officials in utilizing the funds.

Close to 300 ghost workers have been discovered on the payroll of Mulago National Referral Hospital, according to preliminary information from an ongoing investigation into corruption in the health sector.

At least 43 legislators are still in possession of Chogm phones three years after they were asked to surrender them to the government. The MPs were asked to hand in the phones by end of April for disposal.

The Inspector General of government says the MPs must return the phones or face court over the matter.
