Anti-corruption reports-so what?

Uganda has released like 100 anti-corruption reports that have made no sense to the government.Every report seems to just show the rest of the world we are doing something about corruption but hey its our corruption and we decide when and what to do to change; in the meantime Donors this is where corruption is @ in Uganda.Atleast we tracked it down-Happy!!!!!!.

I swear i thought the ministers in the chogm report would be sucked or something for misuse of funds since it was a donors' funded report.I guess its true what they say about the fish starting to rot with the head...if the president is corrupt what are the chances that he will see that his cabinet is.

So now as the Youth in Uganda what can we do to change this trend if our president who i know is coming back into power does not mind having Mr. corruption as his guest at his dinner table.
