It was probably the most awkward moment in IACC so far: Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva of Thailand just officially opened the 14th IACC and gave his welcome remarks (the full text of which is available HERE), the floor was opened for questions, and the whole conference room was quiet. None other than our very own Emmanuel Sanyi broke this silence, and it was one solid statement of our strong presence right there (not just of GYAC, but of the youth of the world!).
