As some of us already know, starting today, 10 January 2011, we are all set for the 2nd edition of the Fair Play Anti-Corruption Music Competition, where three winning bands will be joining our Global Youth Forum in Nairobi, Kenya in April and one lucky band, to be selected by online popular vote, will win a studio recording worth $2,000! This is truly a spectacular celebration of youth artistry and activism, so why don't we go ahead and invite our musician friends to come join us! Creative and innovative tools like music are such an integral part of our advocacy, needless to say, as it encourages more young people to see anti-corruption activism as a youthful, urgent, and contemporary exercise!
Clicking on the image above leads you to the official website, and the promotional video below features "Together Against Corruption," the song our three winning bands from last year composed and recorded in Brussels, something we could use to motivate more musicians to participate! =)
