Fair Play, the global music competition for original songs by young bands and/or solo artists on the theme of anti-corruption, is back!
The 4th edition of Fair Play gets under way in June 2014 with the help of acclaimed musicians: Badiaa Bouhrizi/ Neyssatou (Tunisia) ChocQuibTown (Colombia), D-Kazman of Dubmarine (Australia), Dubioza Kolektiv (Bosnia and Herzegovina),Harrison Stafford of Groundation (USA), Simphiwe Dana (South Africa) and past Fair Play winners Simponi (Indonesia). Their job is to select the band with the best anti-corruption message and music for a once in a life time experience.
The winning band will be flown to Tunisia where they will participate and perform live and at the 16th IACC (International Anti-Corruption Conference) in Tunisfrom the 21st to the 24th of October later this year.
The competition is open to young musicians (18-35 years) of all genres. To participate, musicians are required to record and submit online, music videos that give voice to how corruption affects their lives, their community or society at large. By doing so we together raise the global consciousness around corruption and take one step closer towards ENDING IMPUNITY once and for all!
