Transparency International's Summer School of Integrity is coming really soon, and they're giving scholarships! Here's what they say in their website:

Over the past five years the TI School on Integrity has become a go-to event for senior students and young professionals from all over the world. Selected participants get a chance to learn from leading anti-corruption experts and put their ideas in practice with the help of School competitive action grants.
There are scholarships available for students from: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Latvia, Estonia, Libya, Mauritania, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Yemen.
Students applying to TI School without a scholarship are encouraged to apply as early as possible and will be accepted on a rolling basis. The final cut-off date for non-scholarship applications is 15 May 2014. Due to the length of visa-related procedures, non-EU students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Non-scholarship students will be notified of their results within two weeks of their application.
Please note that the cut-off deadline for non-EU and EU residents applying for a scholarship is 1 May 2014. Students applying for a scholarship will be notified about the results of the selection procedure by 15 May 2014 at the latest. Those not granted a scholarship but whose academic or professional merit and motivation are outstanding will be invited to to attend the School while covering their own expenses.
